Office Policies

The Beautx implements the following office policies:

Cancellation

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We will appreciate if you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

Health Conditions/Allergies

Please advice that consent and waivers should be filled up before any skin care treatment is performed.

Let us know of any medical/health conditions, allergies, injuries or any special needs which may affect your desired treatments.

Cleanliness

Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment and tools are sterilized and sanitized after each service and treatment.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted. We also honor valid gift certificates, vouchers, and gift cards. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

Gratuity

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. Any amount is greatly appreciated.

Check-In

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

Reimbursement and Exchanges

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any skincare treatment services that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other treatments credit of equal value.

Spa Promotions

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other promotions or third party gift certificates.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We recommend you leave jewelries and any valuable items at home.
